Where is the building located?
123 Luckie Street is located in Downtown Atlanta's Fairlie-Poplar Historic

Where may I find information on units for sale?
There is no centralized agent for the sale of building units.
However, this web site does from time to time include
listings for the building. Visit
the Units for Sale page to check current listings,
as available.
There are several ways to find out about the latest condo
sales: classified real estate ads in Creative
Loafing (weekly) and the Atlanta
Journal Constitution (daily). In both papers, units
frequently appear for sale under lofts and/or condos. Or
you may contact a realtor for listings at 123 Luckie Street.
How many units are there in the building and what are
the basic types?
There are 49 residential units and four retail units, located in two six-story
buildings, with units located on floors 2-5. Most units on the fifth-floor
are two-story penthouses. The building includes one- and two-bedroom units,
with a range of floor plans

What is the history of the building?
123 Luckie was constructed in the late 1990s and opened in 2000. A
detailed history is available.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are permitted, except for those restricted by the condominium documents.
What type of security does the building have?
The building's two entrances are secure with resident-controlled access only.
The underground parking garage is private and secure to residents only.
What services are covered by condo fees?
Condo fees cover the operation of the building, including high-speed Internet
connection, operation of elevators and central equipment (electricity and
heat for common areas) plus building maintenance, contracts and repair. Fees
also cover management operations, a cleaning service for common areas,
trash pickup service and more.
What provisions are there for parking?
123 Luckie is one of the few Downtown condos to offer on-site, deeded parking.
Each unit includes one parking space per bedroom. The parking is located
on the ground-floor of each building.
How do I contact the Board?
To communicate with the Board, please go through the management company (see
below).
Could you please tell me about your condominium Board?
The 123 Luckie Street Homeowners Association is governed through by-laws which
provide for a Board of Directors elected by homeowners. It is the duty of
the Board of Directors to enforce the condominium documents. For more information,

How is the building managed?
123
Luckie is managed by Piedmont
Management Associates, a condominium management company. Piedmont
Management Associate heads up the day-to-day operation of the building
and is responsible for arranging building maintenance, advising the
Board of Directors, and collecting condo fees. The manager for the

What's the neighborhood like?
123 Luckie is located in of Downtown Atlanta, right on the
edge of the Fairlie-Poplar Historic
District. The area features a host of amenities, from sports venues,
to entertainment, to parks (Centennial Olympic Park), government offices,
post offices, restaurants, and all sorts of shopping and services. For more
