Condo Management

123 Luckie is managed by Piedmont Management Associates, a condominium management company. Piedmont Management Associate heads up the day-to-day operation of the building and is responsible for arranging building maintenance, and collecting condo fees. The manager for the building is Bruce Enlow, 404-872-8468 x 122 or email.

Piedmont Management Association

The Piedmont Management Associates office number is 404-872-8468. Office hours are 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

PMA also provides a 24-hour emergency service, 7 days a week. If you do experience a life-threatening emergency, please call 911 immediately. If you are experiencing a maintenance emergency involving the association's common elements, please call 404-872-8468 and follow the prompts. Your call will be returned as quickly as possible, normally within 25 minutes.

Resident Resources

Homeowners will want to become very familiar with their association documents. These documents, which include the Declaration of Condominium, the By-laws, and Rules & Regulations outline the responsibilities of the residents and the Association. See Rules & Regulations and Library.
