- Post Office Box
If you have a problem with the lock on your box: The building's mailboxes are owned by the U.S. Post Office. They can replace the lock for you, if that is a service that your local post office deems they want to provide. It's different with each postal zone. The postal zone for 123 Luckie Street condos does not provide this service.
Because of this, you can replace the lock yourself. It should be a standard size locking mechanism that can be purchased at Lowe's, Home Depot or another hardware store.
